1. Contracting party

The purchase of paid content is made with Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem is your contracting party for the purchase: it issues the invoice, handles VAT and processes refunds. The terms below additionally govern your use of the content itself.

2. Scope

You get access to the paid content of one specific exam:

• KNM — the full practice question bank and the full set of mock exams. The exact scope is stated on that exam's product page and may grow over time; you receive additions at no extra cost.
• AEVO — the full practice question bank and the full set of mock exams. The exact scope is stated on that exam's product page and may grow over time; you receive additions at no extra cost.

Each exam is a separate product. Buying access to one exam does not give access to any other exam.

The content is practice material based on publicly available official syllabi. It is not official exam material.

3. Price and payment

A one-time payment at the price shown on the product page, including applicable VAT. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Creem.

4. Access

After payment, access is unlocked through a cookie in your browser. We do not create a user account. You can restore access on another device, or after clearing your cookies, by entering the email address you paid with on the restore page of that exam site.

Access is personal. Passing on access details, or commercially redistributing the content, is not permitted.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. For digital content, that right lapses once we have begun performance with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Access is unlocked immediately after payment. If you do not want that, please use the free content before buying. For refunds, contact us with your order number or contact Creem directly.

6. No guarantee of success

We owe you the provision of the practice material, not a pass. The questions are our own work and not official exam questions; the pass mark, the format and the admission rules are set by the exam authority. Cited articles are evidence for a question, not legal advice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted service. Maintenance and hosting incidents can cause temporary outages.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.
